Typically 5 to 10 working days from receipt of the application. For President’s Circle and Patron Member categories we schedule a short introduction call with the Hub President within 14 days. Full access to benefits comes immediately after payment.
Annually, generally for the calendar year. For mid-year entries, the first invoice is reduced proportionally based on the entry month. Members in good standing receive their renewal invoice in November with 30-day payment terms.
Membership is institutional, not personal. Business Desk hours, discounts, and member rates can be used by anyone in your company. VIP tickets and voting rights are allocated to specific representatives the company nominates. You can change nominated representatives at any time.
The 50% discount applies to companies with fewer than 20 employees worldwide (FTE-adjusted). It’s applied automatically at registration after we verify headcount. The discount doesn’t combine with other promotional offers and applies only to the Corporate Member tier.
We work hand in hand. We are actively building cooperation with Czech state agencies and with JETRO. The Hub is a layer above their services, not a replacement – where their service is publicly available and general, we provide an exclusive and personalised service to members.
Yes – co-branding is a standard benefit for President’s Circle (2 events per year) and Patron Member (1 event per year). We co-design the format, programme, and communication. For Corporate Member, co-branding is available on a project-by-project basis under individual terms.
